It was while sailing in the heart of the Balearic Islands that the founder of Mare e Terra fell under the spell of Menorca. The island, which offers itself to the elements, has many assets: coves licked by turquoise waters, harbours and ancient forts, horses and men, it offers a preserved nature and retains its agricultural tradition: this "World Biosphere Reserve" (classified by UNESCO) is the cradle of a plural project, both totally unique and intensely immersive.

His ambition is to showcase the then little-known Balearic island, gradually developing a very special collection of exclusive experiences and timeless, eclectic venues. Ten years later, he is one of those passionate artisans who have put Menorca on the map for discerning travellers.
